The space
BAAN 125 STAY is a 3-storey house, where a local café occupies most of the first floor. This unusually long house has 3 distinct ‘Chimchae’ (a relatively large open space from the roof to the ground floor). In the past, traditional Phuket houses utilized ‘Chimchae’ for airflow, lighting, and a place to collect rainwater for household use.
2nd and 3rd floors consist of 4 private studio rooms. You have to walk past the café to access the stairway. This particular room is on the third floor and has a balcony. Here, you can get incredible views of Phuket Old town like no other accommodations. Looking inwards, this room is also connected to one of the Chimchae aforementioned, providing a truly genuine experience of living in Phuket Old Town.

Situated in one of the hottest spots in Phuket Old Town, you have various modes of transportation to select from. May it be public transportation, taxis (both car and motorbike), and free public parking on all nearby streets for your personal vehicle. Obviously, most must-visit places and essentials (restaurants and cafes, convenient store, pharmacy) are within walking distance from BAAN 125, therefore, making this the ideal location for your stay to fully experience Phuket Old Town’s culture.
Private studio room situated on one of the most famous streets in Phuket Old Town. The room comes with all the essentials you will need. Fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, high-definition TV in the bedroom, and two living rooms, with one overlooking the must-visit walking street, Thalang Road.
The room is uniquely designed, various lighting plays and paintings help you experience the luxury of the accommodation, yet the simplicity and what it feels like to be living in Phuket Old Town.

It was such a pleasant and luxurious stay at this peaceful boutique hotel, the decor was 10/10, it is so spacious, a full ensuite apartment rather than a room with its oh-so-romantic bedroom and terrace.
Incredible location and accomodation. We stayed in one of the four appartements which were all extremly spacious, clean and bright. Everyone was very friendly, perfect for groups of friends and/or family. I will definitely come back and do recommend a stay. You will love it.
Stayed in both Winter and Summer rooms. I can literally say that this is one of the best accommodations you can find in the heart of Phuket Town. Great location where you can find local breakfast places within 1-minute walk. There’s also a cafe downstairs where you can enjoy your morning coffee.
I had some friends visiting from the UK and France, and our original booking at a hotel by the beach was canceled last minute so we decided to stay in Phuket Town instead. The management at Baan 125 Stay were so understanding and super accommodating given our situation.
erfect location right smack in the middle of Phuket old town with lots of great cafes , hip bars in the area and right above the Sunday night markets. Would definitely be going back for more soon.
The rooms themselves are spacious and beautifully decorated. Comfortable beds. High-pressure shower as well. I can assure anyone who visits will definitely love this place.
